The students, faculty, and staff of Saint Mary's try each day to live the Gospel mandate to serve others. We encourage all members of our school family to reach out and do good deeds in the ordinary circumstances of everyday life. We also have organized projects for outside groups that we support through various efforts and fundraisers:

On the first Monday of each month at 4:00pm, students and staff serve at the Community Table in Westfield. The remaining dates for the 2014-15 school year are: May 4, June 1, July 6, August 3.

Every spring, members of the junior class spend the day serving the residents at the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke.

Different groups at Saint Mary's routinely choose other organizations in our area and beyond to support with fundraisers throughout the year. These include: the Annual Catholic Appeal, Bethlehem House, Homework House, OXFAM, Operation Rice Bowl, the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, and Food for the Poor.

All athletics teams are required to perform a community service project together as a team. These are planned in consultation with the Athletic Directors and coaches.
