Baseball Team Honored

The Saint Mary's baseball team was honored at their game on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, for their overwhelmingly successful charity game benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project. The team raised over $5,000 by selling t-shirts, soliciting donations, and sponsoring a raffle.

Representative John Velis of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, presented a proclamation to the team.

Leading the celebration were members of the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 124, led by their commander, Gene Theroux. The Post 124 Honor Guard posted the colors for the playing of the National Anthem. They presented certificates and commendations to the members of our baseball team for their efforts in raising money to support our veterans.

Congratulations to Coach Collins, Coach Fouche, and the members of our baseball team. They have truly demonstrated our mission to live our lives in service to God and neighbor.
