Tuition & Financial Aid Information

Invest in your child's future! The choice of a Catholic education is one of the greatest gifts that you can give to your child. You make the commitment to the highest academics, a safe environment, a faith-based curriculum, surrounding your child with excellent teachers, and so much more.

Our commitment is that we do everything we can to keep tuition affordable and provide means so that parents can get the assistance they need. We recognize that financing a parochial education can be difficult and you may have questions. Please do not hesitate to contact the school for a more personal conversation.

 

Tuition Rates 2016-2017

Early Childhood Program: $5400
K-8: $4,450
9-12: $7,900

Sibling Discounts
9-12: $500
K-8: $150 (second student); $700 (third student)

 

Financial aid is available to qualifying families. The application can be printed and mailed into the school.

Direct Diocesan Financial Aid: The diocese supplies thousands upon thousands of dollars of financial aid each year to students who attend our school. Applications are taken through April 1. Applications can be obtained after January 1 online at www.factstuitionaid.com.

St. Mary's School Aid: St. Mary's Parish School has financial aid available to qualifying students. Applications much complete St. Mary's Parish School Application for Financial Aid and Scholarship, submit their most recent IRS FORM 1040 or 1040A, and if applicatble, apply for FACTS Tuition Assistance through the Diocese of Springfield.

Parish Sponsorships: Each of the local parishes and some of the local faith communities offer direct vouchers to members of their congregation. For example, St. Mary's Parish contributes $1000 (9th - 12th grade) and $750 (K-8th grade) per student to families who attend church regularly, actively serve at the parish or school, and give financially at the weekly collection. This contribution is at the discretion of the parish.  Sponsorships are not available for preschool or prekindergarten students.

Your Efforts Help Too! : The food gift card and scrip program are two great ways to help offset tuition costs. Please consult with the school office for more details on how to possibly save hundreds and even thousands on tuition!
